DEPOSIT & CANCELLATIONS

At Esthetikà, we do not require a deposit to confirm an appointment. However, we kindly ask that you inform us at least 48 hours in advance if you cannot make it.

You may reschedule or change your appointment up to 48 hours before the confirmed booking date.

Please note that cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the treatment cost, and no-shows will be charged the full price of the booked treatment.

COMING IN FOR YOUR TREATMENT
We highly appreciate it if you could arrive to your appointment without any make up or fake tan on, as this will save time taken away from your appointment.

Please be mindful that if you are running late to your appointment, the treatment will have to be shortened in time to accommodate the following client and full payment will still be charged.

Over 15 minutes late will result in an automatic cancellation of your appointment and a cancelation fee of 50% of the treatment will be charged.
